Last week, Beilite's technical team visited our agent in Brazil to gain a comprehensive understanding of beilite hydraulic breaker product needs, market strategy and support requirements.

On the other hand, their hydraulic breaker division occupies about 800 square meters and has six employees. This team has successfully leveraged the existing bucket customer base, allowing for an effective sharing of client resources. They have also partnered with a sales expert with over 10 years of experience in the hydraulic breaker business to jointly expand their market.


The company's warehouse is clearly sectioned, and its employees are assigned tasks based on product lines, ensuring efficient management with no operational overlap between the two divisions. The company is also equipped with a professional training office and an employee lounge, as well as a fleet of four forklifts and four service vehicles, providing solid support for their daily operations and customer service.


The company's culture is strong, with product-related items visible throughout the office areas. This not only showcases their passion for the business but also fosters a positive and proactive work environment for the team.

This on-site visit provided valuable insights into the practical application of Beilite's technology and allowed for direct feedback and assessment of performance in the Brazilian environment. They shared practical technical challenges encountered during field operations that required additional support and joint problem-solving.
